At the Grand Central Apartments on Harrison & Wells, I was given a tour by Monica. The building was clean and new, named after Grand Central Station, it has architectural features of a train. It has two towers with 346 Apartments.
As far as amenities go, they have a dry cleaners with Tide Laundry service, Sky lounge, Club room, outdoor terrace with grills, hot tub, fitness center, coworking, and pool. The building is wired for Xfinity. Parking is $400 for EV and $340 for Fuel based.
Down the street from a shopping mall and the post office with groceries less than a mile away, The Grand Central Apartments are rated an 8.
Right now, if you earn at least $75,420 it is worth the stop and review for an apartment home.
