Not a fan at all. There was a floorplan where the oven will not open all the way and it collides with the refridgerator.

However, At Presidential Towers, there are other floorplans in this older building which has a more convenient kitchen if you are used to older buildings with cheaper landlord finishes, this may be a building right on target for your living. The rates today $1,753 – $3,107, which makes it an ideal stay for those who have an annual income of at least $63,108.

The leasing agent Irvin was extremely focused and showed off the amenities (laundry, fitness center, and seating areas on bridges).

In total summary, I rate this apartment community a 7 and the unit with the fridge/stove collission problem a 3. I recommend them reducing the rent to $1,200 for someone who dines out daily and microwave reheats.
