I have my side projects too. I will share them with you.
I would like to build a condominium building that has convertible and 3 bedroom floorplans, student housing and hostel, and a rentable dinner club kitchen venue.
For the condominiums, I’d love for the convertible condo to have a den/office, library, formal dining, and great space for kitchen and living room. I would like the 3 bedroom to have the same spaces plus an extra space for a game room. This condominium building would start out at $185,000 with HOA’s including utilities at $585 per month. In a perfect world, it would be built in Chicago not too far from the Lake.
For the student housing, I would like to mix it with the hostel and that particular project with the rentable dinner club kitchen venue. One big center that says, you’re going to school or you’ve graduated, here’s your home away from home.
The dinner club center will revolve around the final summation of work done between 2014 and 2024. I’ve cancelled the last name for the company, but the company itself will provide discounted 3, 4, and 5 star meals to seniors. It’s a huge undertaking, but the benefit of discounted meals will go with the monthly paid companion piece of supplemental insurance which provides access to emergency income in the event of no income (living longer than expected, unemployed longer than unemployment income, traveling abroad to Teach English or go on a pre-authorized charity mission, etc.).
When I return to work, I’m going to set aside time and money for the condominium project. Would you be interested in buying a condominium in Chicago? Do you know someone who is interested in living in a condo? If so, sign-up here.
Additionally, I am writing a pre-teen fiction, teen fiction, and preparing a Spy Series.
