Here are our top 5 suggestions to improve the CTA experience.

1. Renovate the underground stations to include industrial tile and picnic table for seniors to play board games. Also include small news stands which sell newspapers and magazines out of a vending machine. Add Televisions which play sports. Add public water fountains and public bathrooms. Add 25 cleaning professionals to the staff to clean bathrooms, tables, and fountains.
   
   
2. Equip all bus stops with rain guard shelters.
   
   
3. Ensure all time/date/stop location information works properly on the bus.
   
   
4. Add bathrooms in between Major Bus Stops. These can be independent sheltered bathrooms that are extremely ADA accessible.
   
   
5. Add wifi and USB chargers to buses, trains, and underneath bus stop benches.
