Over the next 90 days, I will blog about apartments in the Downtown area. I’m happy to tour as I’m seeking a place and it may help you narrow your list.
The Old Town Park Apartments were built in 2021 and are rated a 9 on the Lauren Brittanie scale. Right now, they range from $2,600 – $10,102. They have Convertibles, 1 Bedrooms, and 2 Bedrooms.
Utilities are separate and Trash, Water, Sewer & Gas are estimated to be $35 – $90 per month. Electricity truly is based on usage and can run from $75 – $185 per month.
Located in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Downtown, they are about a 6 minute walk to the grocers and lakefront.
There are no complaints about the state of the building, the amenties, or neighborhood. The apartment tour included amenities (gym, spa, co-working, clubhouse, game room, pool, & bbq) and an available convertible with a North facing view that included the Lake. The Leasing Agent, Madison was professional and considerate.
If your income is at least $93,600, Old Town Park is somewhere to consider living. It’s worth the tour and consideration when it’s within budget.
